We hope that you take this opportunity to browse these pages – you may find a t-shirt or a cap that will enhance your wardrobe, or a publication or webinar that will increase your knowledge of gesneriads.

Orders are handled and fulfilled by a team of dedicated volunteers, who aim to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Orders for apparel, journal copies, and other hard goods are fulfilled within two or three weeks. Webinar orders are usually fulfilled within three business days and orders for downloadable PDF files are usually fulfilled within seven business days. Subscription orders are usually handled within seven business days.

All sales are final and we are unable to provide refunds or accept exchanges. When ordering t-shirts it is very important to review the size guide that accompanies each product.

You do not need a PayPal account to shop. Although all payments are handled by PayPal, you may use your Visa or MasterCard credit card. Please familiarize yourself with our payment methods and customer service policies.

Please note that, since all our payment processing is handled by PayPal, we cannot accept PayPal or credit card payments originating from Singapore. PayPal does not have the required licenses in Singapore to handle remittances to charitable organizations in other countries. Payment should be made using a USD check. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you.
