Customer Service and Shipping Policies
Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information during purchases, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, most banks cover all the charges that result from the unauthorized use (please check with your bank for more details).
For apparel items it is important that you review the size chart that accompanies each item since all sales are final. All our apparel items are made-to-order (we do not maintain an inventory) and we cannot handle exchanges or refunds/credits. The only exception is for webinars - we will replace a webinar link if it has been lost or misplaced.
All publication orders are shipped via surface mail to addresses in North America and either by surface mail or air mail to other addresses (based on what delivery method you have chosen). All other items are shipped via surface mail to all addresses. Webinar links are emailed within three business days of receipt of your order. Our volunteer staff will make every effort to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, please allow at least 2 - 3 weeks for delivery of all other items. If you should have any questions about your order, you can contact our customer service department.

You have our promise that any personal information you provide will only be used by The Gesneriad Society. If you request information from www.gesneriadsociety.org through any of our email addresses, online shopping or Contact Form, we use the information you submit to fulfill your requests. We do not otherwise sell, rent, exchange or disclose our client lists or information about our website users, except to the limited extent necessary to protect the rights, property and safety of the Society, our members, or others or to comply with applicable law or if we are acquired and client information or information about our website users is a transferred asset.
